  • Own full-cycle GTM recruiting from intake to close.
  • Advise GTM leadership with market mapping, insights, and comp trends.
  • Build a warm bench of GTM talent for ready pipelines.
  • Iterate recruiting processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with Business Partners, People Ops, and Hiring Managers.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks to protect hiring velocity and quality.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years full-cycle recruiting in fast-growing SaaS/fintech/cybersecurity/crypto.
  • 3+ years hiring for GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Sales engineering, etc.).
  • Partner with senior leaders through trust, data, and sound judgment.
  • Sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets.
  • Experience building diverse pipelines and inclusive hiring at scale.
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter).
