- 6+ years full-cycle recruiting in fast-growing SaaS/fintech/cybersecurity/crypto.
- 3+ years hiring for GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Sales engineering, etc.).
- Partner with senior leaders through trust, data, and sound judgment.
- Sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets.
- Experience building diverse pipelines and inclusive hiring at scale.
- Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter).
