- Expert proficiency in Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Generative AI tools for sourcing
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex workloads
- Strong track record owning end-to-end recruitment and offers across levels
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
