• Partner with product/engineering leaders to scale teams and set search strategy.
• Collaborate with hiring teams; own full-cycle recruiting; use data to improve.
• Follow a structured hiring process to reduce bias and improve hires.
• This is a 4+ month contract with potential to extend or convert to full-time.
• Proficient with Greenhouse ATS and sourcing methods (LinkedIn).
