🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years recruiting in a highly selective tech environment
  • Strong executive presence to partner with executive leadership
  • Advanced sourcing strategies, tools and techniques
  • Experience managing executive-level recruiting with negotiation
  • Understanding of recruitment marketing and telling our story
  • Ability to mentor and train other team members
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline (or equivalent)
