- Strong executive presence to partner with executive leadership
- Advanced sourcing strategies, tools and techniques
- Experience managing executive-level recruiting with negotiation
- Understanding of recruitment marketing and telling our story
- Ability to mentor and train other team members
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline (or equivalent)
