- 7+ years in recruiting with senior/niche tech hiring.
- Proven ability to source, assess, and close top tech talent.
- Partner with senior hiring managers; influence with data/market insights.
- Comfortable in ambiguous, evolving environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Strong commitment to candidate experience and DEI.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
