  • Own end-to-end recruiting for senior and hard-to-hire technical roles.

  • Share market insights and hiring trends to influence decisions.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and high-quality interview processes.
  • Collaborate with People & Places and cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.
  • Use data and funnel insights to identify gaps and improve processes.
  • Contribute to TA projects as we scale across APAC.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in recruiting with senior/niche tech hiring.
  • Proven ability to source, assess, and close top tech talent.
  • Partner with senior hiring managers; influence with data/market insights.
  • Comfortable in ambiguous, evolving environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Strong commitment to candidate experience and DEI.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
