  • 8-10 years in Talent Acquisition with tech and GTM focus.
  • Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise tech (MSS/MDR/IAM preferred).
  • Success hiring Security Engineering, Sales, and revenue roles.
  • Proficient in AI recruiting tools, ATS, CRM, and modern sourcing.
  • Sourcing and closing passive candidates; strong stakeholder management.
  • Experience with global/distributed teams and GTM functions.
