🎯 Requirements

- Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise tech (MSS/MDR/IAM preferred).
- Success hiring Security Engineering, Sales, and revenue roles.
- Proficient in AI recruiting tools, ATS, CRM, and modern sourcing.
- Sourcing and closing passive candidates; strong stakeholder management.
- Experience with global/distributed teams and GTM functions.
