5+ years in recruitment, preferably in tech, with full-cycle recruiting.
Proven success in sourcing, hiring, and closing top talent efficiently.
Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
English communication (written and verbal) for global collaboration.
Ability to work flexibly with US-based teams across time zones.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
