  • Proven success in sourcing, hiring, and closing top talent efficiently.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
  • English communication (written and verbal) for global collaboration.
  • Ability to work flexibly with US-based teams across time zones.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
