🎯 Requirements

7+ years of recruitment in fast-paced tech environments.
Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines, tech and business roles.
Deep understanding of the London tech market and hiring trends.
Crypto/Fintech/Web3 experience preferred with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset.
Proficiency with Greenhouse or similar ATS and AI-driven sourcing.
Ability and willingness to work from the London office 3 days a week.
