- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments
- Experience supporting Product, Engineering, and G&A teams
- Proven ability to source talent using traditional and advanced sourcing tools
- Strong data literacy with metrics to guide recruitment strategy
- Excellent stakeholder management with the confidence to advise and influence hiring managers
- Experience using Lever or another ATS
