🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments
  • Experience supporting Product, Engineering, and G&A teams
  • Proven ability to source talent using traditional and advanced sourcing tools
  • Strong data literacy with metrics to guide recruitment strategy
  • Excellent stakeholder management with the confidence to advise and influence hiring managers
  • Experience using Lever or another ATS
