- 6+ years in recruitment with 2+ years in management.
- Experience leading high-volume, KPI-driven recruitment.
- Strong leadership and communication for stakeholders.
- Proven collaboration with tech/product leaders at senior levels.
- User-first mindset; solutions-focused in recruitment.
- Fluent in English; German or French a plus.
