  • Drive recruitment operational excellence by implementing and optimizing tools and processes.
  • Establish best practices for candidate experience and advocate for candidates.

  • 6+ years in recruitment with 2+ years in management.
  • Experience leading high-volume, KPI-driven recruitment.
  • Strong leadership and communication for stakeholders.
  • Proven collaboration with tech/product leaders at senior levels.
  • User-first mindset; solutions-focused in recruitment.
  • Fluent in English; German or French a plus.
