🎯 Requirements

2+ years in technical recruiting coordination or TA ops.
Experience supporting high-volume engineering/product hiring.
Proficiency in analyzing metrics and maintaining ATS data integrity.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong empathy and problem-solving mindset.
Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication.
