🎯 Requirements

- Experience recruiting for corporate and mid–senior level roles.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset using quality of hire, candidate experience, and offer rate metrics.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms; Greenhouse preferred.
