📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting for corporate and mid–senior level roles.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset using quality of hire, candidate experience, and offer rate metrics.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms; Greenhouse preferred.
