📋 Description

• Partner with hiring stakeholders to drive recruitment strategies.
• Own end-to-end recruitment, from qualification to onboarding.
• Build and maintain active and passive talent pipelines.
• Maintain our Greenhouse ATS and recruitment trackers.
• Provide timely updates on market trends and hiring metrics.
• Create regular data-driven reports to guide hiring.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of recruiting experience.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to speak a 3rd Asian language (desirable).
• Proven excellence in project management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
