📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment for global roles across Software Eng, Sales, Marketing, CS, and G&A.
• Lead and coach contract and contingent recruiting across regions.
• Advise hiring managers on best practices across cultures.
• Drive TA and onboarding projects to strengthen talent strategy.
• Partner with global HR to align workforce planning with goals.
• Champion inclusive hiring across markets and improve candidate experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting across multiple regions (NA/EMEA/LATAM).
• Experience mentoring recruiting teams or contractors.
• Strong project management for cross-functional recruitment initiatives.
• Expertise with ATS (Greenhouse) and CRM; data-driven recruiting.
• Proven sourcing of passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, social.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management across time zones.
