- Design and maintain Epic Patient Access builds (Cadence/Prelude) and Cheers.
- Lead Epic-related projects: implementations, upgrades, optimizations, Community Connect.
- Translate business needs into Epic configurations for patient workflows.
- Develop and run test scripts; support unit, integration, and UAT testing.
- Identify enhancements to improve efficiency and patient experience.
- Create and maintain documentation for builds, decisions, and workflows.
🎯 Requirements
- 3-6+ years of Epic experience focusing on config/build.
- Epic Cadence and Cheers certifications required.
- Experience with or certification in Epic Cheers functionality required.
- Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, optimization, and Community Connect projects.
- Additional Epic certifications (e.g., Referrals, RTE, billing) preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of Epic system functionality across patient access and revenue cycle.
