Pre Deployment: Site surveys and CW testing to capture RF, structural, and environment data.
Documentation: Create Fiber diagrams, Rack elevations, and PCI mapping; ensurehandoff docs.
Deployment: Provide integration support; perform configuration reviews and commissioning validation.
Post Deployment: RF walk testing, throughput testing, and coverage validation.
Feedback: Provide data-driven performance feedback to PLM/PO; collaborate with R&D/NPI.

🎯 Requirements

Master’s in Electrical/Electronics Eng + 3 yrs in RF/Network Eng, or Bachelors + 5 yrs.
Design and integrate 4G/5G networks per RF theory, 3GPP, LTE/VoLTE, and RAN basics.
4G/5G NR call flows with S1-MME, S1-U, X2; knowledge of MIMO and modulation.
iBwave network planning; post-install RF measurements; tools: QXDM/QCAT, PCTEL, TEMS.
Domestic travel ~25%.
