- Strong SQL; experience with BigQuery and cloud warehouses; BI tools like Sigma/Looker Studio.
- Experience building AI/ML-powered utilities or agents using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude).
- Hands-on with Jira, Slack, Zendesk, Salesforce, and other enterprise tools.
- Excellent English communication; ability to bridge tech and business across global teams.
