🎯 Requirements
- M.S. or higher in engineering; 8+ years in multi-disciplinary space systems.
- Experience moving orgs from custom projects to standardized, product-line engineering.
- Extensive AI/V&V workflows balancing risk with business constraints.
- Proven ability to align across senior, cross-functional stakeholders without direct reports.
- Deep understanding of space vehicle dynamics, fault management, and meeting SLAs.
- Proven history of system integration and delivery of complex software-intensive systems.
