Manage system-level requirements and execute validation and verification per ARP-4754A.
Coordinate with Systems Engineers to ensure integrated system meets requirements and is optimized.
Support suppliers in developing lower-level requirements with engineers, leads, and SMEs.
Participate in multi-disciplinary integration testing, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
Support equipment, system, and aircraft testing at Archer or supplier labs and during flight test.
Support development of test procedures and reports for validation, verification, and certification.

🎯 Requirements

Collaborative mindset
Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication
5+ years of relevant experience
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related field
Experience developing or working with integrated systems (aerospace preferred)
Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages
