🎯 Requirements

- Proficient in Go, Java, or Python; comfortable with multi-language stacks.
- Experience designing data-intensive systems with strong SQL and DBs (PostgreSQL/MySQL/ClickHouse).
- Proven experience building modern web apps with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
- Ability to design scalable, reliable, observable systems and influence architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.
- Experience mentoring engineers and promoting technical excellence.
