🎯 Requirements
- Professional working proficiency in Japanese and English is required.
- 5+ years in Systems Engineering or Network Engineering or related customer-facing role.
- Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 wireless technology expertise.
- Layer 2/3 switching, VLANs, routing, QoS, and enterprise security practices.
- Cloud-managed networking and Zero Trust concepts (identity-based access, micro-segmentation).
- RF planning tools experience and strong troubleshooting across wireless and wired networks.
