Senior Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, implement and administer VMware environments.
• Provision, configure and deploy new systems (IPMI, ESXi) and VMware clusters.
• Administer and monitor health of systems infrastructure.
• Maintain infrastructure that services Engineering and other departments.
• Prepare and present weekly status reports of assignments/projects.
• Implement changes to production per change management guidelines; respond to outages per SLA/OLA.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of systems administration experience.
• 4+ years of experience supporting VMware environments.
• Highly proficient in VMware and Linux technologies.
• Automation and scripting knowledge (Python or shell) and basic tooling.
• Strong documentation and communication skills; able to work independently and in teams.
