🎯 Requirements

- Experience driving Workday business process mapping and stakeholder alignment.
- Proficiency configuring Workday modules, security roles, and audits.
- Experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Studio, APIs).
- Excellent stakeholder communication, documentation, and training skills.
- Workday certification; data analytics and Excel for analysis.
- Security/compliance considerations for HRIS and data sharing; data governance.
