🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, information systems, or related field.
- 3+ years in IT operations, system administration, or related.
- Strong experience with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Group Policies, and user access management.
- Experience supporting onboarding/offboarding, device lifecycle, ticketing, patching, and operational reporting.
- Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune, SCCM, or similar.
- Knowledge of ITSM processes including incident, change, problem management, RCA, and SLA tracking.
