Senior System Engineer

📋 Description

• Own design and operation of AD, Azure AD, DNS, Exchange, and Google Workspace.
• Design scalable, secure email architectures and provide tech leadership.
• Own incidents in ITIL: incident, problem, and change management; RCA.
• Improve identity and email ops via automation, self-service, standardization.
• Proactively manage security, access control, audit, and compliance.
• Design systems for complex scopes; guide decisions via risk and dependencies.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Directory (On-Prem); enterprise AD, multi-domain, GPOs.
• Windows DNS; AD-integrated DNS, zones, troubleshooting.
• Exchange Server (On-Prem & Hybrid); Exchange 2016/2019, DAG, mail flow.
• Exchange Online; tenant admin, mail flow rules, DKIM/SPF/DMARC, compliance.
• Azure / Azure AD (Entra ID); hybrid identity, AD Connect, Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, auditing.
• Google Workspace; tenant management, Gmail routing, policies, integrations.
• Automation; PowerShell for provisioning and self-service.
