🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience at a fast-moving startup shipping production backend systems
- End-to-end ownership of architectures, deployment, and debugging
- Experience building reliable distributed systems (APIs, databases, async jobs, queues)
- Experience building real-time systems (WebSockets, pub/sub, event fanout) with low-latency at scale
- Experience building enterprise-grade multi-tenant systems (team mgmt, roles/permissions, admin tooling)
- Familiarity with LLM product infrastructure patterns (caching, batching, evals, integrations)
- Must be based in or relocate to NYC or SF – 100% in-office culture
