  • Experience in queue-based or ticket-driven environments with SLA accountability.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot operational issues and drive cross-team resolutions.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
