📋 Description

  • Define and operationalize support metrics beyond volume/SLA
  • Build dashboards across Power BI and Microsoft Fabric for demand, backlog, and lifecycle
  • Evaluate AI-enabled outputs for accuracy and usefulness in complex scenarios
  • Analyze data to identify product issues, friction, and risks
  • Translate insights into clear narratives for Product and Engineering
  • Partner with Customer Success (Gainsight) on health scores and CSAT

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–7 years in Support Operations or Analytics in a B2B setting
  • Strong experience with BI tools in Microsoft Fabric (Power BI)
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud data models
  • Demonstrated ability to work with ambiguous datasets
  • Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, or Customer Success
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills—turn data into decisions
