📋 Description

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to drive resolution and product improvements.
  • Participate in live incident remediation and after-hours support.

🎯 Requirements

  • NoSQL experience; Aerospike knowledge bonus.
