π― Requirements
- 8+ years of technical customer support in software/SaaS
- Proficiency with Python and/or JavaScript; other dynamic languages
- Experience with Django, Flask, Node.js, React
- Exposure to Java, C#, C++; concurrency/memory concepts
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, APIs, microservices, observability
- Demonstrated coding through internships, GitHub, or coding contests
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
