  • Exceptional communication to create clear, learner-focused materials.
  • Experience creating eLearning for adult learners using multimedia.
  • Proficient with LMS and digital learning tools (Cornerstone, Articulate, 360Learning).
  • Understanding ADDIE, UDL, and Accessibility in content.
  • Self-starter able to balance multiple projects; interested in AI.
