  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Support Analysts
  • Design and implement secure ICT network and server architectures.
  • Lead and support a security-first approach and cyber security initiatives.
  • Deliver 3rd-level escalation support for managed client environments and incidents.
  • Maintain core infrastructure, including servers, Microsoft 365, backups, patching.
  • Install and support network infrastructure equipment (firewalls, routers, switches).

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years' experience in general IT support within an MSP environment (desirable).
  • Certificate III in Information Technology (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments (3+ years desirable)
  • Experience supporting Azure environments (2+ years desirable)
  • Windows 10 / 11 administration and support
  • Solid troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis skills
