Senior Supply Materials Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end supply execution for OEM/ODM partners across hardware programs.
• Ensure allocation commitments, material readiness, and capacity align with deployment plans.
• Own supply execution as single-threaded owner; proactively identify risks and drive recovery.
• Coordinate with operations, sourcing, engineering, and suppliers to reduce bottlenecks.
• Lead readiness for Clear-to-Build, material placement, shortage mitigation, and production release.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in materials management or supply chain roles in data center/AI hardware.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proven OEM/ODM supply execution experience in allocation-constrained environments.
• End-to-end supply management across multiple concurrent hardware programs.
• Experience driving Clear-to-Build readiness, material placement, and release readiness.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; cross-functional communication.
