Senior Supply Chain Analyst

📋 Description

• Own and manage inventory health across multi-node network (packaging, OTC, medical devices).
• Manage vendor procurement including PO placement, planning, lead times, and capacity.
• Evaluate lead times to identify risks and implement mitigations.
• Plan and execute inventory transfers to rebalance the network against demand or constraints.
• Partner with Demand Planning to align purchasing with forecast and service levels.
• Analyze inventory performance against KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in supply chain, procurement, inventory planning, or operations.
• Experience with Netsuite or ERP systems; Looker or data analysis tools.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers.
• Experience managing inventory across multi-node and multi-channel networks.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; inventory purchasing scenario planning.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
