- Deep knowledge of thermoplastic molding and secondary operations.
- Familiarity with SPC, 8D, and GD&T.
- Read and interpret 2D drawings using GD&T per ASME Y14.5; CAD proficiency.
- Excellent communication and ability to manage international partners.
