🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or related STEM field
- 8+ years in supplier quality or development; AS9100 and ISO 9001; ERP/MRP experience
- Strong knowledge of space hardware manufacturing: forming, cutting, machining, assembly
- PPAP, APQP, FAIRs, and 8D problem solving; New Product Development
- Self starter; define and own processes; travel up to 50% as needed
- High-volume inspection methods; data driven acceptance; PLM/ERP/MES and data analysis
