🎯 Requirements
- 15+ years in Supplier Quality/Development, Manufacturing Quality, or Ops Engineering.
- Expertise in supplier qualification, audits, and global supplier performance management.
- NPI readiness from prototype to ramp (DFx, PPAP, FAIR, risk mitigation).
- QA tools: 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone; SPC/Cp/Cpk; PFMEA; control plans; SCAR/NCMR.
- Experience strengthening IQC/IPQC/OQC and process controls using data-driven methods.
- Collaborates with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain; travel 30–40%.
