Senior Subcontracts Specialist, Indirect

📋 Description

• Develop category strategies for Indirect (Facilities, CAPEX, Services) to deliver high quality, low-cost solutions.
• Interface with Operations, Manufacturing and Engineering to align priorities and goals.
• Manage procurement for Indirect projects including RFI/RFQ/RFPs and negotiations.
• Directly manage Indirect spend suppliers via scorecards and quarterly reviews.
• Ensure sourcing activities follow procedures and track plans for cost and timeline.
• Seek innovative ideas to create competitive advantage.

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity negotiating contracts and terms, specifically AIA agreements.
• Experience in Indirect Procurement from demand identification through fulfillment.
• Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Bachelor's of Science in Business or Engineering discipline.
• Experience with subcontracts, purchasing, or contracts within an aerospace environment.
• Negotiation skills with contracts exceeding $1 million with tight deadlines.
