Lead end-to-end planning of strategic initiatives across product, engineering, risk, and growth.
Partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into executable roadmaps.
Establish and refine project governance to improve execution visibility.
Identify cross-team bottlenecks and drive structural lean solutions.
Lead high-complexity cross-functional programs (trading systems, risk infra).
Support and accelerate company-wide AI transformation initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

5–10 years of experience in strategy PMO or program delivery.
Strong experience driving cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced tech/fintech.
Proven track record delivering technically complex programs (e.g., trading systems, risk controls).
Experience working with senior executives and stakeholders.
Excellent execution with bias toward action and outcomes.
Background in AI adoption or scalable platform transformations.
