- Clear, concise communication; able to influence across teams and senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to drive structure, clarity and progress in complex environments.
- Commercial acumen and awareness of partner needs; ensure plans land with commercial teams and partners.
- High ownership and bias for action; know when to escalate or seek alignment.
- (Bonus) Experience in marketplaces, consumer tech, food delivery or multi-market businesses.
