Senior Strategist - Commercial

📋 Description

• Partner with clients to understand challenges and define missions, goals, KPIs.
• Collaborate with clients through meetings/workshops to co-create solutions.
• Conduct primary and secondary research to inform strategy.
• Apply human-centered design and design thinking to problems.
• Iterate by gathering feedback to refine solutions.
• Develop strong client relationships and manage external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communication, English, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in strategic communication, public affairs, program management, or strategy.
• Build and maintain robust client relationships and positive connections.
• Interest in visual storytelling, data visualization and concepts.
• Excellent organizational skills; manage multiple projects with accuracy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; clear and approachable.
