📋 Description

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including stakeholder interviews and task shadowing
  • Identify pain points and opportunities; synthesize insights into frameworks and journeys
  • Translate research findings into actionable design and product inputs
  • Support user testing and concept validation
  • Develop personas and user journeys that reflect research findings
  • Support workshops and client alignment sessions
  • Partner with stakeholders to map opportunities onto a roadmap aligned to timelines
  • Contribute to ideation, brainstorming, opportunity prioritization, and roadmapping activities

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–6 years of strategy experience in a digital creative agency or innovation consultancy
  • Experience in B2B categories, ideally within professional services
  • Familiarity with product design and development processes
  • Strong qualitative research capabilities, incl. observational research
  • Hands-on workshop experience
  • Confident in client-facing discussions and presentations
  • Willingness to conduct in-person research or shadowing at client sites (Chicago or other US locations)
