- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including stakeholder interviews and task shadowing
- Identify pain points and opportunities; synthesize insights into frameworks and journeys
- Translate research findings into actionable design and product inputs
- Support user testing and concept validation
- Develop personas and user journeys that reflect research findings
- Support workshops and client alignment sessions
- Partner with stakeholders to map opportunities onto a roadmap aligned to timelines
- Contribute to ideation, brainstorming, opportunity prioritization, and roadmapping activities
🎯 Requirements
- 4–6 years of strategy experience in a digital creative agency or innovation consultancy
- Experience in B2B categories, ideally within professional services
- Familiarity with product design and development processes
- Strong qualitative research capabilities, incl. observational research
- Hands-on workshop experience
- Confident in client-facing discussions and presentations
- Willingness to conduct in-person research or shadowing at client sites (Chicago or other US locations)
