- Manage supplier selection, RFP/RFQ, negotiations, contracting, onboarding
- Drive supplier negotiations on cost, risk, quality, partnerships
- Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Ops
- Build scalable procurement processes and category strategies for growth
- Establish supplier performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 10+ years in strategic sourcing/procurement in high-growth or technical env
- Strong experience managing indirect spend: PS, Software/SaaS, IT, Facilities, CapEx
- Proven experience building sourcing strategies in startups or scaling orgs
- Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management with complex contracts
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal
