  • Own renewal negotiations end-to-end for strategic accounts, with execs, procurement, and finance.
  • Forecast renewals in a consumption-based model using usage trends and adoption data.
  • Build and negotiate pricing/packaging for usage-based agreements; multi-year commitments.
  • Identify expansion opportunities during renewal; partner with Account Executive on strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional deal strategy across CS, Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Legal.
  • Get ahead of churn and contraction risk; lead save/turnaround plays for at-risk accounts.
  • Shape the renewals motion to scale into a repeatable commercial process.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in commercial, customer-facing roles such as Strategic Account Management, AE, or Renewals Manager.
  • Demonstrated track record owning and closing complex renewals/expansions for strategic accounts at a consumption-based company.
  • A track record structuring multi-year, multi-product commercial agreements; navigating procurement, legal, and finance to close them.
  • Strong forecasting discipline and the judgment to know when a forecast is real or needs challenge.
  • Comfort working AI-first; you already use AI tools to research accounts, model scenarios, and prep negotiations.
  • Experience at a consumption-based company, AI, data, infrastructure, cloud, or communications.
