  • Own Deel's global Oracle partnership across HCM, Fusion Cloud, ERP, NetSuite
  • Build executive relationships with Oracle's alliances, sales, ISV, and product teams
  • Develop and execute a joint go-to-market strategy driving pipeline and co-sell revenue
  • Identify co-sell opportunities with Oracle's enterprise teams and guide deals to close

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development within enterprise software
  • Deep familiarity with Oracle HCM, Fusion Cloud, ERP, or NetSuite
  • Proven track record building and scaling global technology partnerships delivering recurring revenue
  • Experience co-selling with large enterprise software vendors at a global scale
  • Strong executive presence with VP/C-suite relationship skills
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management
