π― Requirements
- 5β8+ years in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development within enterprise software
- Deep familiarity with Oracle HCM, Fusion Cloud, ERP, or NetSuite
- Proven track record building and scaling global technology partnerships delivering recurring revenue
- Experience co-selling with large enterprise software vendors at a global scale
- Strong executive presence with VP/C-suite relationship skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management
