📋 Description

  • Own day-to-day management of partner relationships and their clients.

  • Collaborate with Growth, Product, Clinical Care, and Operations.
  • Lead presentations and strategic conversations with partners and employers.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in employer healthcare benefits, brokerage, or consulting.
  • Experience building relationships with national and regional brokerage and consulting firms.
  • Proven ability to generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of how consultants evaluate solutions and make recommendations.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Client Management, Product, and other teams.
  • Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
