🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in employer healthcare benefits, brokerage, or consulting.
- Experience building relationships with national and regional brokerage and consulting firms.
- Proven ability to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Strong understanding of how consultants evaluate solutions and make recommendations.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Client Management, Product, and other teams.
- Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
