π― Requirements
- You have at least 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, and/or sales
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed objectives and generate new business through partnerships
- Understand complex sales processes, build consensus, and develop relationships at multiple levels
- Experience building and growing relationships with SIs and VARs
- Strong work ethic and ability to move fast in a startup environment
- Player/coach mentality; coachable and able to coach team members
