• Strong cross-functional partnership; influence without authority.
• Experience leading complex multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Comfort with ambiguity; ability to create structure.
• Get things done with autonomy and high attention to detail.
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication; exec-ready materials.
• AI fluency; design AI-enabled workflows for scale.
• Bonus: bank charter, regulatory, or C-suite exposure.
