📋 Description

  • Conduct proactive outbound prospecting to engage potential financial advisors
  • Research and analyze target companies and industries to understand their needs and challenges
  • Initiate contact with financial advisors through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach
  • Qualify leads via discovery conversations to uncover pain points and requirements
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of lead interactions in CRM
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive talent landscapes
  • Assist in developing and implementing recruiting strategies and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (ideally in the Financial Sector or recruiting revenue-producing candidates)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
  • Highly motivated and resilient; achieving hiring targets consistently
  • Ability to quickly build rapport, primarily via phone-based communication
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, GSuite, and more)
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment
  • Direct experience with hiring/recruiting financial advisors and/or wealth managers
  • Experience as a recruiter at a RIA, broker-dealer, wirehouse and/or custodian
