Senior Strategic Finance Analyst

📋 Description

• Build driver-based financial models and scenario analyses for planning and forecasting.
• Own and maintain financial planning infrastructure in Pigment, ensuring reliability.
• Serve as primary finance partner for non-headcount expense management.
• Analyze performance across key functions and prepare executive-ready insights.
• Improve and automate KPI reporting using Equals, Google Sheets, and Looker.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Engineering, Analytics and Finance teams to define metrics and evaluate initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in FP&A or strategic finance roles.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel/Sheets skills.
• Experience budgeting or expense tracking by function.
• Hands-on with Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive Insights.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR, churn, bookings vs revenue.
• Experience with Salesforce, Looker, NetSuite; SQL a plus.
